Not sure you need a couples or marriage counsellor?

This question may be bantered back and forth in your mind as you consider whether or not you actually need couples or marriage counselling. Often, the prospect of just calling a marriage counsellor for an appointment can feel daunting – you may put off your need to get help. I want you to know that my goal is to provide a safe place for you right from the very beginning through to the end of the counselling process – so that together we can explore difficulties and you can find the help you need to succeed in your love relationship.

Taking a step towards couples or marriage counselling is not an easy one. But if you are having difficulty and can’t seem to find a way to change, if you keep repeating the same old defeating relationship patterns, if you have tried everything and feel at a loss about what to do next – then chances are you will benefit from counselling. Even just a few sessions can bring much needed relief from inner pain and turmoil.
